Ok I know you guys didn’t ask for it but I was helping a friend and I decided that my tumblr friends should know this.
Mantras help people reach their goals

First: acquire a mantra that suits your needs. It could be I’m sexy and I know it, or I’m a tough bitch.

Two:Buy pink or red paper and write your newly acquired mantra with a new pen.

Three: paste that mantra somewhere that you can see it all day everyday. And repeat it. The goal is to boost your confidence!
